Students from different districts of Tamil Nadu got 30 seats and got an allocation at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), which accounted for 25 percent of the total seat matrix.
The AIEEA ICAR (All India Entrance Examination Admission – Indian Council of Agricultural Research) student assignment for the year 2020 has been published on the ICAR exam portal and the total ICAR seating matrix of 120 students from different states has been assigned to TNAU .
ICAR is conducting AIEEA for Undergraduate Admission – 2020 for BSc (Agri) and related subjects and the State Agricultural Universities have reserved 15 percent of total seats for students who gained admission through AIEEA.
During this academic year, home state students obtained 30 seats from different Tamil Nadu districts and obtained an assignment at TNAU, which accounted for 25 percent of the total seating matrix, a press release from the varsity team said Monday.
TNAU Deputy Foreign Minister Dr. N Kujmar thanked the Tamil Nadu students who selected TNAU and agriculture as their profession, according to the statement.
