Nestle India shares decline 3 per cent post Dec quarter earnings

Shares of Nestle India Ltd declined Three per cent at shut of commerce on Wednesday after its December quarter earnings did not cheer buyers.

The inventory declined 5 per cent to 16,360 throughout the day on the BSE. Later, it closed at 16,739.90, decrease by 2.80 per cent.

On the NSE, it tanked Three per cent to shut at 16,700.

FMCG main Nestle India Ltd on Tuesday reported a 2.25 per cent rise in web revenue to 483.31 crore for the fourth quarter ended December.

The corporate, which follows the January-December monetary 12 months, had posted a revenue of 472.64 crore in the identical interval a 12 months in the past, Nestle India stated in a regulatory submitting.

Internet gross sales rose 9.16 per cent to 3,417.52 crore throughout the quarter below overview, as in opposition to 3,130.74 crore within the corresponding interval final fiscal, the corporate stated.
