Manipur council of ministers three ministers dropped Manipur cabinet
Amid speculation about a cabinet shakeup in Manipur, Chief Minister N Biren Singh removed three ministers from the cabinet on Thursday. Governor Najma Heptulla accepted the recommendation, according to her letter to the chief minister. The three cabinet members removed are the minister of agriculture and livestock, V Hangkhalian, the minister of social welfare and cooperation, Nemcha Kipgen, and the minister of education, labor and employment, Radheshyam Singh.
In particular, the CM and the BJP state chief S Tikendra Singh had recently visited Delhi, where they met with several central leaders, including the party’s national chairman, JP Nadda.

Party sources said they discussed various issues, including modalities for carrying out a cabinet restructuring and matters related to the impending parliamentary elections.
Recently, five seats were vacated in the 60-member House in Manipur following the resignation and disqualification of the MLAs.
