Guru Jambeshwar University reopens, Covid-19 health norms implemented – education

After months of shutdown due to coronavirus-induced shutdown, Guru Jambeshwar University reopened on Monday following all necessary COVID-19 health regulations.

The hostels have also reopened and only one student will be allowed per room. “All students who are going to opt for the hostels must undergo an RT-Pcr test and will only be allowed if they are negative,” said Professor Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor of the University.

Schools and universities across the country were closed in recent months due to the national shutdown imposed in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
