Edtech unicorn Unacademy makes its sixth acquisition

Edtech unicorn Unacademy stated it has acquired TapChief for a valuation of 100 crore in its sixth acquisition until date. TapChief is a networking and future-of-work platform that allows professionals to study, community and win short-term tasks. Unacademy will purchase a majority stake in TapChief and allow the exit of all present traders.

The deal worth was not disclosed.

“Our endeavour at Unacademy has at all times been to democratize training and make studying accessible and reasonably priced for everybody.
